Corporation's predecessor-Zhenjiang Rietschle Machinery Ltd. was a joint ven-ture which was invested by Wemer Rietschle GmbH in Germany and Zhenjiang Printing Machinery Works. SIEG corporation is a multinational corporation mainly manufacturing and selling machinery equipment,power-driven tools etc,has purchased all ther shareholding,and set up a corporation named Zhenjinag Sieg Machinery Ltd. Corporation. The new corporation will mainly manufacture air pumps as before,build firstclass base of producing air pumps in Asia,strengthen and maintain leading position in the domestic market and advance towards the intenational market.
